Hi, my name is Monica, and I’m the owner and head baker at TopKnots Pet Bakery!
As a passionate dog lover and dedicated Shih Tzu parent, my love for dogs and commitment to their health and happiness inspired me to create wholesome, high-quality treats that bring joy to your furry family members.
Baking has always been a passion of mine, and I wanted to build a business that combined the two things I love most: baking and dogs. My beloved Shih Tzus are my inspiration for everything I do—including serving as my Chief Fur Tasting Officers! Every treat is freshly baked by an assistant or me using only natural, wholesome ingredients you can recognize and pronounce.

Callie is a young Shih Tzu pup who bursts with joy and personality! A true social butterfly, she’s never met a stranger. Every new person is just an opportunity for pets and kisses!
Callie adores her big brother, Cooper, and is undeniably a mama’s girl at heart. Whether she’s chasing toys, snuggling in her mama’s lap, or showing off her latest hair bow, Callie brings a little spark to every moment. Her love for treats is matched only by her love for attention, making her the perfect taste-tester and resident greeter at Top Knots Pet Bakery.
Cooper
Chief Fur Tasting Officer and Baking Supervisor
Cooper is a sweet older Shih Tzu with a gentle soul and a heart full of love! While he may be shy at first, you’ll have a loyal cuddle buddy for life once you earn his trust.
Deeply devoted to his mom and his little sister, Callie, Cooper takes his job as their protector seriously- especially if treats or snuggles are involved! He has a favorite squeaky toy that he carries everywhere and snuggles up with every night; if you give it a squeak, be ready for a play session! He’s a quiet, loving presence who brings comfort, loyalty, and plenty of tail wags to the Top Knots Bakery crew.
